Learn the Latest Advancements in Nanoscience With a Nanotechnology Journal

Nanotechnology is almost a new branch of science that involves the use of properties of matter at the nanoscale. The basis of nanotechnology lies in the fact that the qualities of an element or compound can be handled easily when it endures in its nanoform (diameter of 1-100nm).

Nano technology journals are an immense corpus of Nanotechnology related information; they highlight cutting-edge advancements in nanotechnology and its applications in micro-fabrication, nano-medicine, nano-electronics, nano-engineering, and molecular biology. As nanotechnology is a growing field there is a lot of interest amongst the scholars concerning the subject. The Nanotechnology Journal feeds to the same and induces scientific curiosity amongst their readers.

The Nanotechnology Journal is an international journal engaging in the latest advancement of nanoscience and nanotechnology where the goal is to have a record of the state-of-the-art research and further the research work in these swift-moving areas. Topics cover: integration of nanostructured and nanoscale materials, nanofabrication and processing of nanoscale materials and device, Atom-powered and nanoscale characterization of functional materials and bio-assemblies nanoprobes, features of nanoscale materials, nanocatalysis, nanocomposites, nanoparticles, nanocrystalline materials, and nanoclusters, superlattices, quantum dots, quantum wires, quantum wells, nanoscale thin films, fullerenes, nanotubes, nanorods, molecular wires, molecular nanotechnology, supramolecules, dendrimers, self-assemblies, low-dimension structures, nanophysics, nanoelectronics, nano-optics, nanomagnetism and nanodevices, atomic manipulation, computational nanotechnology, molecular nanoscience, nanochips, nanosensors and nano-integration, nanofluidics, nano-machining, structure analysis at atomic, molecular, and nanometer range, nanorobotics, nanotribology, and novel applications of nanostructured materials, nanobiotechnology, biochemical assemblies, bioMEMS, Biomimetic Materials, nanoscale genomics, DNA sequencing, nanomedicines, drug delivery, biomedical nanotechnology. In addition to primary research articles, short communications/notes, concise and popular review articles are also enjoyed. All offerings shall be rigorously referred and selected on the grounds of quality and originality of the work as well as the magnitude of interest to readers.

What is Translational science?

The term Translational Science has been often used interchangeably with translational medicine or translational research – is an exercise to build on basic scientific research to fashion new therapies, medical procedures, or diagnostics. The fundamental biomedical research uses its basis on studies of disease processes using cell cultures or animal models. The term translational makes reference to the “translation” of primary scientific findings in a laboratory setting into potential treatments for the disease.

The term Translational science or medicine is described by the EUSTM as “an interdisciplinary arm of the biomedical field held by three main pillars: benchside, bedside, and community.”

As a relatively new research discipline, Translational Science incorporates both aspects of basic science and clinical research, that require skills and resources which are not readily accessible in a basic laboratory or clinical setting.

The translational research applies findings from basic science to enhance human health and well-being. In a medical research context, it aims to “translate” findings in fundamental research towards medical practice and significant health outcomes. The endpoint of translational science is the production of a promising new treatment that can be used with practical applications, which can then be used clinically or are able to be commercialized.
